1. Acceptance and operator

RUIGOUJI CO, LIMITED ("RUIGOUJI", "we", "us", or "our") operates Bus Driving Game Coach Bus 3D and bussgame.xyz. Contact: info@bussgame.xyz. By using the game, website, account or Bus Depot, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age and guardian consent

The Service is not intentionally directed to children under 13. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian consent before using paid features or making purchases.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect your device and access codes, and report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or used to access another person's data.

4. Limited license and ownership

You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable license for lawful entertainment. Software, artwork, brands, audio, game systems and content remain owned by us or our licensors.

5. Fair use and prohibited conduct

Do not use bots, automation, modified clients, exploits, payment simulation, unauthorized software, malware, scraping, security bypasses, fraud, harassment, or disruptive activity.

6. Virtual coins and items

Coins, vehicles, colors and other digital items have no cash value. They are limited in-Service licenses and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or traded outside approved features.

7. Gameplay and changes

Rewards, difficulty, vehicle performance, availability and balance may change. We do not guarantee a reward rate, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every device or network.

8. Purchases and payment channels

Prices and terms appear before checkout. Google Play purchases use Google's billing, receipt and refund systems. Website purchases use the provider named at checkout and create separate website orders. These channels do not share identical order or refund tools.

9. Promotions, refunds and chargebacks

Promotion limits are shown with the offer. The Purchase & Refund Policy applies. Fraudulent claims, malicious chargebacks, or use of refunded value may result in balance correction or account restriction, subject to law.

10. Third-party services

Google Play, advertising, identity, hosting and payment providers have their own terms. We remain responsible only as required by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation, taking the circumstances and lawful remedies into account.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential losses are excluded; no limit applies where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes and disputes

Published versions show their effective date. This document is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your country or region remain available and are not excluded. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
